Alan.
Do you really need a servo? my S2 has twin 40's and I have used a fiesta master cyl from a 998cc Y reg motor (non servo) and the reservoir just clears the air filters.
I also used all the outlets to give me dual line braking throughout the car,
There are several sizes of inlet manifold available. ie depth, whether that would also help?

Now I am sure that someone can help - Unfortunately I could offer help on the S3 as my x-flow with 40,s needed the Escort mk1 pedal box relocated lower to miss the 40's ( helps with pedal position in the ****pit)and the engine raised in the chassis 1.5" helps with sump clearance.

I may be able to assist in a few weeks after I have helped Sean put a tuned x-flow with webers in his S2.

Still may give food for thought.

Andrew
