OK - I have a lovely shiny hardtop -- need to fix it to the car!! Rear looks "do-able", there are 2 catches on the side of the hard top - which I assume a couple of attachments on the side of the tub and it's secured.
Front is a different story with nothing on there at the moment (2 small holes in the corners, but that's it).

So -- I was going to go for a few rubber hook latches along the inside edge of the front lip of the hard top mounting to the top of the windscreen BUT what is the generally accepted method??

due to the fact that the screen is angled back and unless your top has been modded the roof fits on the top of your screen rail,then dropped down onto your rear deck an fixed-thats it ! you should find that your hardtop come off at the front in the vertical plain and the catches at the back stop it moving any other way.never had any probs on 3 of my cars,but one i ran all winter i bolted to the screen rail with m6 bolts-there was a gap as the glass didnt go all the way into the ali channel,it just helped to fix it an cut down bangs an rattles since i knew the roof was going to be on there all winter

Yes - front of the hardtop fits over the front screen.

I'm off to browse the Demon Tweeks catalogue :-) for nicely coloured fasteners!
