Title: NO2 or not to NO2

ecotack - June 17, 2005 12:16 PM (GMT)
I was toying with the idea of adding NO2 to my Phaeton, but by the time I add up the kit (say £300) and my first fill (say £55) its looking expensive.

First question: Anyone know where I could get a cheaper NO2 refill near to Kendal?
Second question: For under £355 what could I do to a 2L pinto to get some extra HP?

TIA.
Andrew

Hi mate, i like the idea of NOS, it seems expencive at first but when you set it up to kick in on full throttle, your only gonna use it for a few secounds at a time so a bottle will last a fair old time :D im gonna Nos my pinto S2 when its finished.cheers..... ps ,i have 170+ Vulcan tuned motor and will be usind a 50 shot of NOS

Sounds like a lot of money for only part time power. Why not save the nos money chuck in the fifty quid(your refill) every now and again and get yourself something to go under the bonnet with continuous power

i fancy putting NOS on my pinto. plumbing it to the carbs is alittle harder and abit more money with twin webbers but iit will be fun. got about 200bhp with ou the NOS so another 50bhp on top will be fun down them big straights.
