Stuba axles and hubs - 9.6 disc type
Yes I am still searching - anyone got any kicking about - Milo when you went to Cortina uprights did you throw them away? - or are you hoarding?
keep being promised some escort struts to chop and weld but they never materialise - have another lead to follow up tuesday but thought I would ask.

Once apon a time there was a company that offered sierra front upright conversions. I think that it was an engineering company and the owner had a phaeton road car so decided to re-enginner the front end for his own and then offer the same setup to other owners. However I never found the site again as I did'nt save the url. To be honest this was quite a few years ago. I did mention it on the message board a while back.
If I was in need of the uprights and was going to have to fabricate them myself i'd go the sierra route, probably using xr4i gear. Cosworth stuffs overkill. Grooved and vented discs look nice behind alloys anyway.

I sold my old uprights on when i converted to cortina uprights and should be travelling around on another dutton by now.
Remember it doesn't have to be escort struts that you cut down, you could use capri ones.
Have you tried Ian Harwood LTD. they break loads of escorts. In his advert he's offering complete strut assemblies for £45 a pair[tel 0151 339 2801]. He advertises in classic ford magazine, there are also lots of other companies in the mag breaking all kinds of fords
