Water Field

A shallow stream only three feet deep, it covers the entire field...guess its more than a little stream now.

To live in this world, is to become its pawn. The souls of many are trapped in this cage. Can the seal ever be broken, or is it all in vain? Will our efforts get us back to our bodies, or will we die along with the game in years to come? If the company goes down, will we die, or be released? Why is time the only factor which I come in contact with here? Death, I do not fear, but life I do. Dying would mean forever escaping this game. Living would mean suffering even more. If I die though, I give up. I never give up. I shall fight in duels to die, but also to live. Once I do die, maybe I can return back to my body on the outside. My suffering will then be over. Speaking of duels, I have one soon. I guess I need to get to the field. After I get a few things, I will be off.

It was a city like no other. Many things were different then that of Dun Loireag or even Mac Anu. It had a windmill and lots of shops with many people roaming the streets. This field was once locked. There was no escape once you were in. It took the courageous acts of a few clan members of Vanguards of Twilight, Fatal Exception, and The Swordbreakers to get it unlocked. That was about all that Hac could remember about it, besides the boss fights they all had to fight. It was tough, but with only few causalities they were able to escape. The people still roamed the streets though like they always dd, the city was as packed as ever. With only a brief glance around, Hacorie gated out of the city within a certain field.

Walking through the city of Mac Anu, the Heavy Blade stuck to the shadowy areas where his black cloak would blend in with the darkness. Moving quickly to the hideout which he had been to one time before, Hacorie entered and took a weapon he had left behind earlier. It was the Moumokuteki. Feeling its darkness flow through his body, Hac muttered something in his mind. After sheathing the blade, he made his way to the chaos gate. This was the swirling blue circle with golden rings wrapped around it. There were two rings, one was swirling one way, and the other was traveling in the opposite direction. With no expression on his lips, Hacorie said the name to the field in which had been designed for the battle. Closing his eyes, Hac felt his body leave the Water Capital and arrive in the field.

His feet became wet with the yard high water which soaked both his shoes, and most of the sheathe of the katana hanging from his side. His cloak’s bottom and middle were also wet from the high water. Standing in the field, Hac gripped the hilt of the Moumokuteki and withdrew it from the sheath on his back. As he brought it up over his head, Hacorie looked down at the water and made a brief smile. Water was the only thing that put him at ease in this world. With a small movement of his hand he made a ripple in the water. The Heavy Blade then followed it up with making twirling movements with his hand. The water followed and began dancing around in the air. It did everything the Hac’s hand did. While playing with the water, a familiar voice rang within his mind. This voice was of his guardian Aqualiea, the Water Faerie which he met in that field a long time ago.

I am going to stay out of this. I mean you really do not need my help on a one on one duel. I will be around. Just as wanted, even if this turns out to be a strong player, I would not want your help. This is my duel. Only if they used a pet, would I want you to help. Bye for now.

Now where is that opponent, and who is it?
