Why do you have to write a fictional sample on how you found DIVERGENCE? Please reply if you know.

Usually, it is considered good manners (and common sense) to read any pinned topics before posting (especially pinned topics under CHARACTER REGISTRATION *coughahem*).
Like Darkstar said, this is an In-Character board, so you post from the point of veiw of the character.
And we have a writing sample to make sure that everybody who joins has a decent grasp on the English language, and will be able to write clearly and creativly in Roleplay.
