Last time he did a quest with Seir, but he says that Sier took it over. So...nope.

Not to be rude or anything, but don't ya think you should make your own quest for now? Like make your own battles for the quest, etc. If he's gonna go and ditch ya in a quest for a week, you could go get the Gott without him. Or using his character sorta like an NPC. Or even better, you could just exit the dungeon and gate out. An amazing thing really, Gating Out is.

I agree with Asura and DUDE, if he left you there, you should simply continue on through the rest of the quest without him. And I also agree with him on the point of Gating Out. Why not just Gate Out? Then you would be able to leave the quest using an exscuse like having to go offline or something. Then just find another quest with active players and start there. There are many options available to you. Heh! ^_^

Your reasons are noble, but the responses are nobler. I agree with everyone else on this one. If he knew in advance for a week, same on him for inviting you, but if he didn't, well then it's not his fault either way. Besides, if you go to the Gott without him, I don't see why he'd be mad at you because he was gone. I could understand if you were taking over the quest when he WAS active, but he's not, so it's a different story.

What you people are proposing is indeed dishonorable, cheap, dirty, mean, cruel, evil, disrespectful, and- (large can hits him) -I meant a very very very good, idea...
Seriously though, sometimes you gotta takeover. The rule of the thumb is to wait 1 to 2 days. If he doesn't show up, you go and do your thing. Either control his character or exit the quest. I suggest you continue the quest and get something from it.

However, even if he did go right to the Gott, he would STILL get the treasure, and so would Drackz.It's like, a double edged sword so it really doesn't matter what way he chooses.Actually, if he didn't want any treasure, he could just gate out, but who doesn't want treasure from the Gott? :)

2.Continue and either finish the dungeon or don't finish it but continue it
3.gate out

Actually, if he stops making posts, he'll get either ziltch, or around 50 GP. That's what happened to Hero when he joined Terror's ARMY quest...he made 3 (albeit short) posts, disappeared, and only got 200 GP...if that much. Drackz - June 10, 2003 03:56 PM (GMT)
