Clothing: A pastel blue cloak fastened around her neck under which is a darker purple turtleneck-like shirt (something similar (but not exactly like) Mireille/Mistral's outfit). Her legs are covered by a long but billowy dress of the same color as her cloak, though rimmed at the bottom by a darker blue seam, under which are very loose dark blue pant leggings (think Hotaru's dress). Her head is typically not covered by anything (excepting the hood of the cloak in some situations, or in rare cases, a hat similar to Hotaru's).
Eyes: Ice Blue
Hair: Sea-green and neck-length, though it billows out a little at the bottom. Similar to Black Rose, but less fluffy at the top and a part through the middle.

Personality: Often very shy when meeting people for the first time, Mizuho is often thought of as a fun person to be around by friends who know her well. Mizuho is not particularly interested in the game solely to level-up or win, but just to make friends, as she is much shyer in real life than she is in THE WORLD. Mizuho does not like arrogant or diffident people.
