ummm........i'm new to the world and i'm wondering if anyone can help me with the basics ^_^

The mods have to approve you joining the RP first, because if you lack all skill at RPing we dont want you. So go do that, then Rayo will let ya know if ur in or not, by the end of the day probably))

((OOC: Ah! Now i see! I didn't know you were accepted, It was labeled Kains Registration, and ur account name is Dragoon. Now were on the same page. OK 1st what cha wanna do is edit your signature so it gives at least your Character name, lvl, class, weapon, equiptment, gp, and items. But for some they like to add other stuff, like resistances, offencive stats and defencive stats [see my sig below] and a picture. After that you can go ahead and either join a quest, or start one of ur own, i would help ya, but i'm currently in a quest right now, but i'm sure there are people who arent in a quest. inface i remember someone named demmers wanting to start one not too long ago. Just be sure to check the BBS and the Subplots section for quests. Well there ya have it. oh yea BTW, while ur in Mac Anu, before you start ur quest, you might wanna pick up some items at lease some health drinks, antidotes, and restoratives, they really come in handy.
