[ITEM STORAGE]
*He quietly looks at a red carpet on the floor. Walking towards the edge, he kicks the carpet and pushes it aside with his foot. Concealed beneath it is a flat stainless steel panel with a panel of numeric buttons built into the side.*
Hehe... I didn't notice that was there until I tried cleaning up part of the clan house. That panel there *points at the panel* is our item safe. Whoever in the clan wishes to donate spare items or GP can place them here, where they'll be kept safe for use by other clan members. There are a few rules on how using the items will work.
1) You must ask either Phoenix or me when you want to borrow an item from storage. You should explain the reason you need it and wait for a response. Don't assume the answer will be yes.
2) The items will only be lent to you unless they are perishables such as potions and scrolls. Armor, weapons, equipment in general, GP, or any perishables that are not wasted have to be returned once you've returned with them. So you can't just borrow a sword and not return it or sell it off. Also, don't hang on to the item forever. It must eventually be returned. The time you can keep it should be about 1 quest, though it's up to the discretion of whoever grants permission to borrow the item from storage.
3) Selling items or trading them for better items to keep in storage will be discussed among the clan. The objects in storage belong to the clan, not an individual.
4) Violators of these regulations will lose the ability to use item storage.
That sounded a bit strict but it must be done to make sure the message gets across. If this service becomes popular and used often I'll most likely assign a treasurer to manage the items. Have a nice day ^^;

Hac walks up to the vault and then sees that there is nothing in it. He decides to go ahead and deposit some GP and items. Hac takes out his Gp from his satchel like thing and puts the rest of his Gp in which was 350 Gp and now he puts his old sandals in also. Here you all go.

He further rolls it to the side with his black shoe and kneels next to the metallic door that has been revealed. His finegrs quickly enter the codes to unlock the safe and he sticks a hand into his side pocket, taking some 400 GP from his wallet and dropping it into the vault. He shuts to container quietly and rerolls the carpet, amazed at what they've collected so far.

( GOt to correct you Phoenix about how much money is in the clan Vault. On November 11th Retn put in 24 Gp which made us have 1724 for a total. Then System deposited 400...2124. You then subtracted 1024...which is 1100 you then added 309...and we can all add..so 1409 is total to cease any confusion even though I am the only one who caught this. Sorry to dingle you out Phoenix but it needed to be corrected.)

Hac walks up to the vault and takes some of his old equiptment out of his Pack and inserts it in the Vault, Hac quickly got out his Leg mail and inserted it in the vau;t along with it he cleared a spot that said, Hacs swords, With this now in place in the back corner Hac puts His Nodachi on the space. Hac then looked at the Gp that was in the Vault. He looked around and he saw he needed some because he was going to buy new equiptment with it. *Hac withdrawls 800 Gp*
(OOC: Hey guys I so not want all my swords in my sig so I am deposiing them little by little because I do want these swords for later use, but I do not want anyone to take it when i need it, but if you do need one just ask me because ,my nswer will most likely be yes also if people also want to do this then go ahead unless System has any objections.
