thank you both. next on my list of projects is to make a blue corruption, and a gold corruption. then maybe i'll alter it in different ways. i'll be sure to let you all know when i add something new.

oh, and if you want, there's another link on the main site that leads to my animation section. there are currently four flash animations i have made posted. you may like them, thought the graphics aren't that great, the animation is decent i think.

new update. my last post inspired me to work, so i'm working. as i post this message, the blue and gold corrupt versions are being added.

also, if you have any ideas of things like this i could do, post them here, and i'll tell you if i can do them and if i do.

I just checked out the animations... :blink: and...umm...that dragonfly is stupid. Chalk'em is something i'd like to see on stick suicide tho. and the color thingy is just boring, of course i don't think you intended it on being fun. It was just an experiment after all.

loved the animations and wallpapers. though i do have a recommendation to make. on the corruption ones, i think they'd look better if the binary code were to fill the shapes of the crystals rather than just blot them out. The Red Corruption is a good example of what i mean. just a suggestion. ^_^

Actually....Dory has a good idea, but I feel like expanding that idea a bit.....make the binary code sort of see through. With the golden backround, don't make the code green...try to make it almost seethrough if it's possible.

one thing though. most of the 'art' on my site is stuff i pulled off the 'net and edited. take my avatar for instance. all i did was crop it, resize it, and add the black aura around the hand.

the writing, however, is my strong point. i'm glad to see i have a few fans out there.

maybe one of these day's i'll get my novel published... but that's another story.

even newer update:

within the next week, i will be doing some additions to my site. i am adding 12 new text things, including 'The Dark Muse', a tale of death, 'Dancing with the fairies', an intresting short story, and 'A Fractured World', The first short story i wrote. also some more poems and rambling works.

also, for those of you who are interested:

a friend (key), not on divergence, and i, as nighthand, have been dueling over AIM as a rp activity. we have had two duels so far, i think, and it inspired me. so, i made a full rp profile for nighthand, for use on aim rp's and less limited forum sites. i also pulled out my terrible artistic skills for pencil drawing and drew a scene from our latest battle. i put a scanned in version of it up on the site, but there is no link to it. it is uncolored. the link is here:

also, i have posted several things since i last updated here, that most of you wouldn't know about. i totally re-did the favorite pages page, and the homepage is altered, and the images section has been changed. i tok out a few things since no one was using them and i didn't want them all up there forever.

but i also added my new fanfic to the literature page. the first two parts are complete, and the third is in production. for those of you who have read it, next stop: Net Slum. the new one, cause wasn't the last one destroyed in the games? that's what i thought anyway. and even if not, it's how it is in my fic now! call it poetic liscense. or something...

i like those poems... i'm into the darker stuff myself, though not so much writing it.

and that fanfic! i like the philosophy of it. you made a plot to keep going, and you can draw it out as much as you want. though i don't understand the first part; i havn't read up on main. but i say keep it up!

as for the pictures, i have none of me up because of one simple fact: i have none of me. none scanned in, anyway. and i don't have easy access to a scanner anymore, so there isn't likely to be any of me up any time soon.

Anyway, nighthand, what did you use to make the ALTIMIT backgrounds and stuff? Was it Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or what?

i got the original of the altmit backs from www.pipian.com/project-altmit/

then, i used photoimpact, (yes, photoIMPACT, not photopaint or photoshop) to change the colors to make different shades. for the ones with corruption, i made a small document of the green and orange binary, and used a clone brush to work it.

i suppose i should give proper credit: bandai made the image, pipian took off the copyright info to make it more accessibly to editing, and i put on the corruption and changed the colors. also, theres one that may or may not be going up on animewallpapers.com that Rival from Gaia and i made together. it's the midnight purple one with images of aura and the words to the song 'aura' from the .hack//sign soundtrack spliced in. it looks pretty cool, and i'd show it, but i don't happen to have it on this comp. it's on the one at home, 2.5 hours away. so it may not go up to my site, but it may go on animewallpapers. we'll see if they ever update again though.

as of now, part three of reparations is up!

i'm sorry i havn't posted anything recently. my comps been having some serious problems, and i actually lost everything i had on my c drive. but most of it's back, and the comp is better than ever, so you should be seeing some new stuff soon.

i'll give you guys a special two-word hint at the topic of my next flash animation. and before anyone comments on it, i would like to add a disclaimer: my friend and i made this up at about four in the morning. so here it is:

You and I should collaborate on something. I love both your writting and artistic style. *smile* I should get some of my new manga up on my site for everyone to take a look at. My best friend Kyla's doing all the art, and I'm the wirtter. It's good stuff.

i may actually have it worse off. you see, the novel isn't completly mine.

my friend and i co-authored it starting our freshman year in h.s., and ended it near the end of our senior year. now, i have the only COMPLETE copy. i'm still editing it, and making it all make sense, but the main story is done.

the thing is, i'm now at college. and even though he and i were good friends in school, i never even learned his address, or went to his house.

and now, all i have is his cell phone number and his AIM name. and his computer is busted, so his AIM doesn't work... and i don't know where his cell phone number is...


so basically i have to find his number, call him, and work out how we are going to attempt publication. at this point it almost looks hopeless...

maybe that's why i write so much... trying to make up for that...

Wow... that's rough. The only work I have thus far done with another person is my Shards of Arcadia manga... with my best friend. Even though she lives in Canada, and I'm here in Florida, we make it work. But then... we have lots of contact info, so we'll never really loose touch. And in our case it's different cause I have the rights to all the story, she has the rights to all the art. It works out well that way. *smile*

I really do hope you find your friend, though... it must be hard to deal with alone. *hug*

it is hard. which is why i have set the novel on the back burner while i write short stories, poems, and rambles, and even attempts at another novel, and try to get them published.
