Where can I find a thread that explains the whole HP/MP formula so that I can provide it in my Profile? Basically, I am asking what my HP and MP should be and how I can find out what it is so that I don't have to keep asking each time I level...

It's SP (Skill Points), not MP (Mana Points) here. But yeah, I think you've got what you need.

Quick summary for you...

SP: 29 +(level *6)
HP: 40+(level *15)
