So yeah, slicer wanted this so make it easier for people to discuss the current events in the quest. So use it! If team 1 wants one as well, do not hesitate to make one unless for some reasons the mods/admins hate this idea and go *CLOSEMTHAFUCKINTHREADBITCHES* but I doubt that'll happen. ^_^

Yeah, how 'bout that bracelet? Man. This is gonna be so very difficult. Our best chance would be to use spells that paralyze, confuse, or put to sleep. That way, some of the team can gang up on the rest of the menhirs, and then turn full-force attention to the immobilized menhirs. I have Ranki Lei in my disposal, so I can confuse one of the suckers. If we could get any more of those paralyze/sleep scrolls/spells, this battle will be a lot easier, and if anything, a lot more believable.

Seven ressurecters at once is going to be killer.

I experienced that when you manage to distract / hit a resurrector at the moment the other one goes down, you can escape without needing to take out one guy again... another option would be to (and this gets hairy) whack all of them until the last shred of life before making one massive assault by everyone

Either way, you can expect me to stand back and assist from the back. I'm pretty good at massive multiple spells, but being low as I am, I lack the shadow counter element to make my magic mean anything to 'lightning' alligned rocks... >.< How the hell does a walking rock get to be alligned to lighting anyway!?

Yeah. That could also work. They don't have healing spells, and they can't resurrect a live rock. *nodnod* I've got a few level 2 darkness scrolls, so I can hit one or two at once.

How many people have paralyze or something similar? Confusion, charm, something to make them unable to cast on their teammate. If we did, it would solve the problem because they wouldn't be able to cast their resurrect. Other than that...yea, killing them all off at once sounds to be the only good plan that we have right now.

Okay... If I were to take leadership in this venture, my orders would be as follows: "Hac start solo on Statue Menhir and try keep its attention. Other two heavies pick a Goil each, archer back up those guys, twin blade try keep the four lows distracted by using blitz attacks, maybe draw them further away. I'll take care of the heavy blade's health, Tak keep the heavy axe alive. Don't kill them, just hit them for as much damage as you safely can without destroying them."

Hrm, that's good, but how about everything you said, except Tak handle the myself and Silk, and you handle Hac and Ex?

The two mid-leveled Menhir's are 28. That's 7 and 8 levels above myself and Silk's character, so we'll probably need more healing. Tak's got more SP, so he'd do the job better. Hac's 5 levels below, and Ex is 2 levels above them all (though he's got 4), so if Sekai can go in and help heal inbetween her supporting fire, that'd probably still work.

As for Tak's question, I don't have any paralyze, sleep, confuse, charm, etc. kinds of spells. I could've gotten one for this quest, but I didn't >.<;

Sounds good, I'll try to handle healing you and Silk while you beat down those two. I'll have enough SP for about 9+ Repths depends on how fast I need to heal counting in regeneration before I need to chug a Mage's Soul or something. Also, remember that Rip Maen has a range, so if you drag them one by one over the hill far enough away they'll fade out and don't be resurrected.

Remember that since we're in the same party, La Repth will heal all those within sight range.

I also have Rip Maen too.

Sounds good though, I have a level one and level two Ani based ability on a bow of of mine so... let me know which position you need Sekai in as; Healer or Cover fire.

I would still stand with the orders, and everyone does adapt to the initial setting. As for the 'we need more healing' bit... you may need more if you're actually going to stand around being a target. I know that in most MMOs it's like that, but even when you play this game on the PS2 (so OOC that it is hurting me brain) you can move around the monster and avoid getting hit when it makes an attack... I've been writing from that concept. You may not be able to dodge everything, but you can move a great deal out of the way...

What you can't expect me to say when quick battle orders are given (I meant those orders as to be what I'd be yelling right in the thick of it) is that with Hac being of high enough level to take care of the big one on his own, when he is done, he can quickly come to assist you two with cutting them closer to the edge, after which it'd be handy for Ex to go and keep the three big ones busy while the three of you start on the small ones (Sekai mostly giving cover fire to help speed up the process and healing when needed) until we get to the point that all are ready for taking out, after which it's more or less get them together and people RAISE HELL!!

I know this sounds pretty simple, but when you look at it from a certain perspective, you realize it is.

Since I'm being a healing bitch for Slicer and Silk this fight, if either of you need a Repth, come to me on AIM and ask me for one. I'll keep a tab of who I've healed, how many times, etc, and keep track of the SP. But you can work the heal into your post, just clear it with me first so that I know how much SP I have.

*nods* That is true, but remember, even in most RPGs, as the monster's level gets higher, it becomes harder to dodge it. Usually, it even becomes harder to hit the monster, though that probably won't be much of a problem here. But also, because of the pretty high level difference, it's going to take a lot of hits and if either of the mid-leveled monsters hit Silk's character or myself, it'll do quite a damage. Not enough to one shot or two shot probably because of the defensive capabilities of our classes, but it'll still be painful.

I mean, you're getting smashed by a giant rock <.<

And as for the healing section of it, the fighter's should probably just write it into the post, then tell your healer about it. They should be able to work it into theirs, since you know, they should be scanning the battlefield, since, well, they are in the back. No offense meant, of course. Just IC strategy junk >.<

Hopefully the fighters'll write their posts quickly so we can give the healers a chance to make their posts.

And question: Should we have multiple posts, like for Hac so that he can come in and dispose of other monsters?

I'm sorry to have to say this, but with school starting back up very soon, I've been really busy... and, because I've been switching jobs to accomodate my school schedule, I've been really busy adjusting, and haven't found time to do anything constructive with Divergence... so, I'm posting here to say that I won't be posting this week. So, I ask that you use Exangelus and any of his abilities to the fullest extent of his power. I grant issue to all of my items minus my summon scroll, and use of all of my SP and spells. Do anything you want to... I would grant his position to any member who wants to take it upon themselves. Personally, I don't mind if the description of my actions is as simple as "Exangelus charged in a began to attack the far right Menhir". Anything will do. The first person who does anything with Exangelus is to set the motion of the rest of his actions... any amount of players can use him, side mention him attacking something or using an item...

... whatever.

I'll recap it in my next post.

What a load of bull that statement is. It should not be hard for you to post at all. You can do other things beside heal everyone. Especially since spamming repth is gonna be a waste. If no one is posting, find something to post about. Sorry, but that is just one of those things that press my buttons. You should not limit yourself to waiting for other people to post: if you must post more than once til the plot progresses. No one ever said everyone has to do one post and one post only a week. Again, sorry for my bitchyness, but saying you cannot easily post is a lie and it just one of my button pushers. XD

I'm currently getting through my first week of college. Slightly swamped with homework, still need to get my book for a class. I'm just chilling a lot, lot of reading to do. Oh, and I still have some Zombies to kill, but I probably won't be able to finish that =X

How should the menhirs be handled...? Since a lot of the members are sidetracked by college and school, there's been a defecit of time to write for Divvy. Should we just... assume we beat them, and move on? Or, should we stay where we are and kill them all?

Well, I'm still around, but at present a little busy with homekeeping that fell behind the past two months (and I never really was one to upkeep the house cleanliness in the first place... eh-heh. Anyways, still waiting for people to show what they're doing before I can do anything...

Well, Hac's doing a post now, according to an away that I saw, so I'm not sure what exactly to do. My plan's going to involve me just going around and dishing a lot of pain to all the monsters if all else fails. Also waiting to see if Sekai'll post something. Yeah, you would be right Slicer. I do have a post in the works. After my class tonight, I will finish it and put it up. The basis of what I will be doing is using my one darkness spell to spam the hell out of everything. I will try not to kill many on the hopes we can be spared from the damned resurrection spell. Other than that, I am not doing much of anything else for this post.

So if people wanna get started on AoE spamming posts to help finish this battle off XD. Cause once I leave them all in crit, we just need to make a huge flux of spells...that is my suggestion anyways.

All right, we need to make something happen here. I posted a while back and no posts have followed. Thus, I would like to see who is still even active enough to do this quest. So if you are still willing to be a part of this quest post here. If you post here, I will take that as a "I have already posted this round or will post in the next 5 days."

Those who do not post anything within the next 5 days(unless circumstances arise that I am notified of...will unfortunately be dropped for the remainder of part 1. Even though we are back in school(some) and have lives...one post a week needs to come back into effect. Let us try our hardest. At least to get part one over with.

Hoping I still get a little delay. Yesterday got nothing done at all, today feeling all worn out... -.- I know, sounds like a lame way to dodge, but I've been busy regardless to get something done. If it ain't done by the end of tomorrow, feel free to forward.

PS: Hac, finding something else to write about like zoning out with a huge battle (and no one doing a damn thing at all) will only go so far... -.- Not particularly a worthwhile venture to deepen out your character with being just barely in the field and yet having to make up your mind about things. And seeing I had only a short thing to get the whole thing moving... We're too early in there for any introspection and all.
