Also: We don't need to make a new thread for the Armory every time it's under new management. It's like a really large spam thread because we've had like 3 of them prior to this one. Do me a favor and please just go to the pinned Armory thread and post what it is that you want to post there, do your managing and organizing there and not in a new thread.

And with that, make sure you're approving/disapproving the transactions made. It's all in your opinion whether or not a person should be able to take out 'such and such' items. If you don't feel they need it then let them know, of course make sure you justify your reason why they cannot have said item. And once someone DOES pull something out of the armor then make sure to repost what we have in the Armory at that time. Just update it like once a month or once a week, or as often as you'd like, but don't over work yourself. You should take a look at how I used to do the armory, it looked nice and such, and I would let people know when they couldn't take a certain item out of the armory and for what reason.
