This Site used to be full with people. What happened to everyone?

There still are alot of people on this site at different times but they just don't post. I think that some people have been busy and can only come to the boards to check out what's going on.

Now that I think about it, it has been slower than usual these last couple of days. Even for those that are busy.

well we now have over 300 people on the board...you think it would be filled w/ posting all the time...oh well...*shrugs*

Eventhough, there's over 300 people register on the board but I think 25-40% of the registered people are really active on the boards.

I belive you are right, because most are created for a different character to be used by Mods to help the site flow...

That's only a small pecentage of the total people. There's people who either stop along the way or weren't very interested after they registered.

Or those of us who had massively chaotic times after the 4th and are still recovering from the parties and people dragging us everywhere against our will. <_<

Sorry, as one of the quieted down lurkers I can say I'll be back pretty soon, a few others will be too most likely.


And now just because I like the face: :woot:

People have things to do. Things which can be more important than posting here, and just don't have the time to do so as much as they once did. Working, you know. Or classes or somesuch. I've gotten saddled with work myself, having to supervise little kids during Arts & Crafts at a day camp three days a week..

Yes but if you look at the member list and organize it least posts to most posts, the entire front page are registered names with no posts...

Those names with no posts are just those people who registered for the forum itself and stopped there! Really odd anyways. I haven't been posting AS much because I haven't seen that much for me to post about. And I can't go on a quest because my character is being used for plot purposes in Means to an End. Plot purposes are annoying when you can't do anything else. Maybe I could get a level just for my character furthering the plot.

Well, it is summer afterall. People are probably off on vacations and such. I know we have a few guild members who are on vacation with their families. I bet Lots of people join, try to register a character and get tired of waiting, or tired of trying. That 'writing sample' isn't easy for some to do. And I bet there're a few "different" people who just register with a forum then never go back. Or they lose the address, I've done that twice so far - not for this site, but others. There are lots of reasons why things have quieted down. Mainly though, the people who normally are here are probably on vacation or hanging out with family. Things will (hopefully) pick up again around mid or late August. ^_^
