...Character creation complete...Welcome to 'The World'

"Finally!" I said as the Altima screen appeared, instantly I heard a chime and a message appeared, 'You have mail'. I moved the cursor to e-mail and clicked it. There were two e-mails waiting for me, one is from CC Corporation telling me a few things about 'The World', the other is from my friend Jon. "Yo, are you
done yet? If you are I'll be waiting for you at Mac Anu(The Delta Server), I'll be
in front of the Recorder, its to the right of the Chaos Gate." "Oh,before I forget,
my character name is Priest." "Ok then, see ya soon!" I closed the e-mail and clicked on 'The World' and logged in. After the three yellow circles disappeared, my eyes went wide. 'The World' was so realistic. The sky looked like the sun
was really setting, even the people looked real. I checked to make sure my
clothing was correct, red shirt,check,black coat,check,black jeans,check, and
black boots, check. I brushed a strand of hair out of my eye and walked forward,
I looked to my right and some sort of shop,next to it a Long Arm was lying on
the wall, he was wearing a white robe with armor on his chest and back, on his
arms were two gauntlets, he looked up and noticed me staring at him.
"Hey is that you pal?" he asked
"Priest?"I asked him
"Yep,hey you're a twin blade, cool."he said
I hadn't noticed the two blades in my hands,I lifted them to my face, I could tell they were really sharp.
"Yeah, I guess I am."I replied
"Cool,oh by the way, what's your character name?"He inquired
"It's Kage"I answered him
"Hmm...Kage...If I remember correctly, Kage is japanese for shadow right?" he asked me
"Uh huh."I grinned
"Suits you."he grinned back
"So what are we gonna do?"I wondered
"We're gonna go on a dungeon adventure, so you can get used to fighting, 'cause
I wanna duel you and it wouldn't seem fair if you didn't get any practice.After that you can explore the town."Priest replied
"But aren't you at a higher level than me?"I asked
"No, I'm still level one, I've been waiting for you to come before I started leveling up."
"Oh ok."I answered "Where are we going?"
"Bursting Passed Over Hypha, its level one so it shouldn't be hard."he said
"Ok let's go." I ran over to the Chaos Gate with him following behind.
As I walked up to it I yelled to it "Bursting Passed Over Hypha!" and we were surrounded by three yellow rings.

Priest and I reappeared in a beautiful field. Lush green grass and colorful flowers covered the ground. I stood there and looked at the land before me and I felt an overwhelming feeling of contentment in this place.
"Yeah I like it too."said Priest reading my expression, he then started walking forward motioning for me to follow. After a little while I saw a structure not to far away from us and figured that it was the dungeon entrance, but something else caught my interest. To my right was a spinning yellow circle, I walked closer to examine it when I heard Priest's voice. "No, don't!" but it was too late, the circle started spinning rapidly and two monsters suddenly appeared, one I figured to be
a goblin, and the other, a small plant, called Mad Grass. I tried to run away but
the goblin rushed towards me and slashed me in the back with its knife. I fell to
the ground and rolled over, and waited for the goblin to finish me off when Priest ran up to the goblin and stabbed it in the chest with his spear,the goblin cried out and tried to slash him but Priest jumped back and slashed it horizontally across
the neck, the goblin fell to the ground and dissolved into the air. The Mad Grass moved forward and tried to bite him but he quickly dodged it and yelled out something and started swinging his spear with one hand, slashing the grass repeatedly until it was dead. I sat in amazement at his skill, and said to myself "I
am so dead when I duel him." He walked over to me and helped me up.
"Are you okay?"He asked
"I guess, my back kinda hurts though."I said truthfully
"Ok hold on,Repth!"He said suddenly I bathed in a bright light and I felt much better.
"Thanks."I said to him
"No problem,"he smiled"Those circles are monster portals, they release monsters
if you get near them, they only appear in fields and dungeons though so you
don't have to worry about them in root towns."
"Oh,ok."I said then I asked him"What was that move you did a while ago?"
"Oh, that was called Repulse Cage, its a special skill that I can do with this weapon."
"Can I do special skills too?"I asked hopefully
"Yeah,all weapons have certain skills that they allow you to do, just like certain armor lets you have certain magic. That's why its important to always try to get
new and better weapons, they'll help you get stronger and learn more powerful moves. You can get weapons and armor by either trading, buying them, or
finding them in dungeons.All you have to do to find out what the special skills a weapon has it check its info, same with armor. "
"Ok,thanks."I checked my weapons and armor"I have a skill called Tiger Claws and a few magic, Repth,Gan Zot, and Juk Rom."I told him
"1 healing spell, and two attack spells."he replied"Ready to go inside?"he pointed
at the dungeon behind him with his thumb.
"Yeah let's go!"I answered and ran towards the entrance.
