I do not wish to become a thorn in anyone's side and I do believe patience to be a virtue. However, I have grown quite wiry of the lack of staff you have for the pawn shop. I have been waiting nearly a month now to finish a trade and still I am waiting. I think you should find and add two more trustworthy members/mods/admins (I don't care who) to add to the staff list there because I am sick and tired of waiting to get a simple sword and two pieces of armor. I don't think I am the only one that thinks this either and those of you who do feel the same as I, please give me your support in this matter.

the pawn shop has been slow because those in charge (most likely) have other IRL issues to attend to, basicly lack of time or maybe even lack of memory for the pawn shop. I know i forget things alot.

Maybe it would help to have another penguin around the shop?

I would say just to ignore it...or something. It will get taken care of when they notice it. Also, it might help with Compulsive

Yes, our pawn shop staff have been pretty inactive lately. Normally it does take a week or more for them to answer posts in there. The best guess I can come up with is both have off line issues to deal with. *shrugs* Archangel, just be patient and wait. That's really the only choice you have. You can tell Rayo about your situation though, and see what he thinks. Who knows, maybe he'll be for adding another pawn shop keeper.

My apologies, I've been trying to get in there at least once if not twice a week, but it's just not happening so far. I need to make a formal schedual of what days I can attend to the Pawn... my only real excuse is "college" though this week I'm relatively free and my only excuse period is that I never think to check the Pawn.

As for the penguin... it's really tied up. I've tried yelling at it and bribing it but things just aren't going well, especially now that it's starting to do college applications and whatnot. Bad timing all around. Expect an increase in Pawn activity as the holidays approach though, except during Finals week, and I'll try to get some sort of schedual up for what days the Pawn will be open in a given month, either on the site calendar or in the pawn itself.

While I understand that the Pawn Shop mods have other things to attend to, it would be nice to have deals complete on time. Previously I was in a deal that was taking so long, I was able to begin AND finish a quest during the time it was open. And my quests aren't short. =x I too, would move for a third staff member. Or something at the very least, to make things move faster. I can't afford to wait two months for a transaction to complete, especially when I'm trying to have gear together by the end of say, a week.
