Is any of the Goblin armor on here? If so, how would I get ahold of them? A Special Event maybe, or a really good quest?

Yes, the Goblin armor is here on Divvy, or so one would expect since its in NISDIP...

Though when it would come to how to obtain it, I couldn't really tell you since I'm not an administrator, but I would assume that you'd get them either in an event, like you said, or perhaps in a rare field.

Firstly, NISDIP lists all of the items from the game and additional items that Divergence has created for players to use. This does not mean that people can actually receive items listed there. There are a few items that are seen as too powerful and sort of forbidden.

The Goblin armors have been mostly forbidden as rewards for anything. The Goblin Cap was given out in the riddle booth in the Delta Fair board. The Delta Fair was a second board that awarded items based on certain booths. It's no longer used.

The Goblin Boots and Goblin Gloves were rewarded during the doubles tournament that ended recently. I have the gloves and Lyra has the boots. I think Rayo is avoiding the Goblin Mail. =p There is a Goblin Mail S on one of the Mainers (that shouldn't have been given out). I'm guessing the Goblin Mail will eventually go to someone who accomplishes some amazing feat in an event. Due to the extreme rarity of this equipment, it's unlikely that it'll see the light of day a second time.

Asgard obtained the Goblin Mail S from a solo something like 46 pages long or some absurd number like that. Graded by Cypher, he got the mail and two levels.

As for them being given out, yeah, they're rare. I try to avoid giving rares in Main without at least letting Rayo know, if not having him pick the rare. Hacks generally make up for not having some things found in subs anyways.

Asgard was at a high enough level to use them.

Thats not really a fair statement Kiwi...I was trying to hold back the other pieces too but I didn't exactly have too many choices at the time. The mail will be released, eventually...
