the place faded because vicki fired all the mods and let the place turn into a drama magnet. Doesn't act like a mod and keeps no control.
The thing is vicki is a cool person, but just too nice. Most people on the board are decent people. But a few people ruin it for everyone, and if they aren't kept under control the rest of the board suffers.
