Overall(aka "The Super Generic Synopsis" ):

The entire .Hack Series revolves around a MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Role Playing Game) known as "The World". "The World" is the single most popular game on the planet...EVERYONE plays it. Many similairities have been drawn between "The World" and Sony's Everquest, although I would much rather play the former than the latter. All of the stories follow players of this game and how they encounter various 'anomolies' within the game...most which deal with it causing damage, in some form, to it's players in the real world. The heroes go on epic journies to discover/escape/survive/solve the current problem they are faced with in "The World" and thusly save the day.

For any further details please specify which of the various series you are curious about...oh, and one more thing...if you are watching .Hack//Sign for the 1st time for the love of Bill Rent/Borrow/Buy the DVDs. The CN versions have HORRIBLE dub voices. Just trust me on this one, I could barely make it through the 2 episodes I watched on CN and I actually like this show. ;)

im into the card game but nowhere ever sells it so i only have alittle of them from the first set

i didnt know .hack//dusk was twilight bracelet...i more or less buy any .hack merchindise i can find, the stuff with storyline and stuff

.Hack//Dusk is my least favorite of the series. I watched it back when it originally aired in Japan. It's short, it's really really cute, and I felt it lacked the depth of story that the others possessed. I'm waiting on the new one myself. I've listed some details on another post....I'll see if I can dig them up. :D

I was watching tv at 1am when I noticed that .Hack was on but in different animation, I stopped watching the origanals a long time ago,is this one a series 2 and if so,what happened in the old version

As opposed to the, if I recall correctly, 17 episodes that was .Hack//Dusk (aka Legend of The Twilight Bracer).

Are they airing Dusk in the US? I hadn't seen it, but I hope they found better voice actors because .Hack//Sign's dub made my head hurt because of the bad voices.

THey look like kids and whats the one I saw called,its aired late so the show must have bad ratings
