Many of you may have notice this forum was down for about 8 hours today. Invision main site was also as were other forums on that particular server. Hopefully it will stay up now. I am assuming Invision was having server problems, I will check into it. I also notice there are some issues with icons and grapnics in the main forum body (some smilies too). I have also notice that the thread seem to only go up to March 06.

The Rune and Neo forums are missing too...

I also can't view any of the GFX threads it's like they're not there.

Yes, it seem anything created after March 06 is missing . . . That is going to have to be checked into.

Yea that is becuase the front page is updated, but the actual thread are only up to last march, so anything after that does not exist at this moment.

So all those things have been delelted, lost, or what?

Here some info I got.

The Main Invision site, Invision support, this forums,and ALL forum images are hosted on Server 1. Server 1 is the oldest and most important server so they never upgraded it. It crashed. Everthing they believe is backed up somewhere, they think they can get it all fixed at most by the weekend. Well the Support forum is back up.

From what I am reading, server one is the biggest server and most of the more popular forums are on it, and all them went down today.

The Support Forum is all messed up too, it switched peoples board names, it switched mine to Taloom . . . what is a Taloom?

Everything's fine on my end. Still a PM, still have signature and stuff.

That was weird. I thought you had messed it up on your work with Co-tcg.com. You're lucky this came back before I burned the fifth effigy.

I thought someone had hacked into it or something.. :o

Just as a small suggestion, if your thread is hosed but you still see it...I wouldn't suggest posting in it just yet. It might(if it's even possible) cause some minor issues when/if repaired. Just a thought.

For the momment we can only really wait to see how this works out. Since we're not even close to the only forum effected....one would think this would be within the next day or two. :angel:

According to the Invisionfree people they hope everything will be fixed by the weekend. Here's the weird part, I can see the banner and other graphic on the pc at work, but not at home.

I could not fix it anyway as I am not an admin

yeah i didnt think about you being admin or not i just wasnt thinking when i posted this.

maybe its something with when it crashed it corrupted files if you were on it? that could always happen because i seee people like Eyes Called Sharingan, Pimpinorbit who werent on at the time and there avatars are gone but i was on at the time and i think i saw you on and nothing effected ours.

Yeah. Another thing I found out is all hosted images are hosted on server one, so some are back, some are not.

I can see the banner fine.

For me, its a red X.

Yeah it is different on different PC's very strange. Mine at home, I get red x's for the banner and all the imagery on the side.

They are talking Monday or Tuesday now to be completely fixed. Also it seems some people who have boards are kind of ticked of and have put up some rather profane new boards attacking the owners of Invision.

Also interesting any boards created after March of 06 are no longer in the directory

thunder u started gettin pm's after march 06 cvuz i foudn some pm's that broughtback memories and the recent name changes have reverted back to the old if im right like choas is choas dragoon again

I'm on my computer at work right now and I have the red x's for the banner and some images. But at home I can see everything fine. Strange.

Even my avatar is a red x.

Is it me, or Neo and Rune forum is gone also :P.

They were created after MArch 06, they will return when the rest do.
