Okay, one of element's friends is wanting to give me their entire neo and orbit accounts so element will hopefully be off of the hook. I am wondering if I should take this.

I don't see why you shouldn't take it, they offered to do it, and they did scam you after all.

honestly, if u think ur getting wht u lost back in worth then fine, but its jus a bribe to keep ur mouth shut for element so that he doesnt get screwed over, but its ur descision, if u think ur getting wat u lost back go ahead.. ask to see what they have frist.. u never know..

see what they ahve a if it's at least enought to cover your losses, take it and forgive him. that's what I would do.
