Did they say the same things about Benjamin Franklins political cartoons? We as people of the United States of America can say anything we want about our President, whether it's making fun of him or not. I support Bush, but I have no problem with the avatar Tri is using.

If you read closely no where did I say he could not make it I merely inflicted upon him the truth of how scoiety has transformed itself into an un gentleman or ladylike slob. I support Bush on some things but dis agree on others, another of the bill of rights. I strongly dislike Bill CLinton but would refrain from making fun of him in a political cartoon. The cartoon itself is not the problem its that we now will openly accept the disrespect of a high individual, something I could too put into a cartoon. Would it be respected or laughed at. No, the fact is people have no shame in who they mock openly. To critisize is fine, but with in the past 4 decades we now enjoy the critizism. To dis-respect is now part of it. By posting the avatar he openly dis-respects and makes fun of our President. I dont care if you disagree, you have no respect in yourself by doing that. that was the point, dont try and pull that '1st amendment' junk on me, that dont fly. I know the constitution better than most people here today, minus the adults.
