Who remembers the older animes of the the mid 1950's Like Case Closed ShuGoma Or even earlier, Lupin the third from the 1930's.

What are you TALKING about?
Lupin III is one of the oldest animés, coming in the 70's. Before that, you had things thing gigantor in the 50's... there was no animé to speak of in the 30's, because Bambi hadn't come out yet. ;)

The oldest anime that I've watched is Astro Boy and Speed Racer, and I believe those were from the 60's

Astro Boy started in the 50s I believe.

Speed Racer was interesting. But there have been too many knock offs.

Lupin was in the 70's and Case Closed was in 1996
