The Kingdom of Loathing is a stick-figure parody of all new-school RPG's. Any of you who have played and hated, played and loved, or never played any new-style RPG at all will find something to enjoy in KoL.
What I love about this game is the tongue-in cheek humor that alludes to many other RPG's and will please anyone who gets the references.
Like any RPG, however, it takes a little time to get started, but it's completely free to start an account for both the game and forums. KoL contains language that is not uncommon in any PG movie of today. The owner made sure to make it accessible to everyone. Enjoy.
