The 1st annual TCG and RubberSuit Studios Create-A-Comic Contest.

The Contest

You will create a one page comic, which will be hosted by RubberSuit Studios in the Stool Sample Webcomics, Misc Debris Sub-directory. They will be jury judged, and the top three will win prizes.

The Rules

The Comic:
- Must be one page. There is no maximum or minimum number of panels, but it must be readable. For examples, you may look at a page of JesusMan for a vertical layout and The Wraith for a horizontal layout. They must fit into this template page (these images are all around 500,000 bytes).
- All entrys must be compatible with TCG rules, or will not be entered.
- Teams may enter, but remember prizes will be evenly distributed among team members.
- You may use any media, except ANIMATION, and this will be very strictly enforced.
- Comics will be jury judge, and based upon the following: 50% story, 40% originality, 10% art.
- All comic will be e-mailed to me, you can find my e-mail here. If you cannot get your image on a computer, don't bother entering.
- Any registered TCG member can enter, as long as I recieve the pieces within the allotted time line.
- Also, if you think your parents/gaurdian will have issues with you having something on the web, or posting something on my site, it is your responsibilty to figure that out.

Additionally, you retain any intellectual property rights to these pieces. I retain the right to place advertisements on your pages, and if you request, I will also put a link up for "fans" to contact you. All comics will remain up for at least one month after the contest ends.

The set up for display of your comics will look as follows. Again, you will all be under the Misc. Debris Subdirectory, listed under a TCG Create-A-Comic Contest button, that will lead to a page like this, which will contains a button for each entry. Hitting that button will lead to a indvidual page for each entry that will look something like this..

Prizes

1st - The Summer Themed ctoons in Professor Porky Cat's Czone, 150K in Orbit points, and 8K in Neopoints (a 350K+ orbiit value for the whole prize)

2nd - The following ctoons:Terra, Starfire, Robin, Rebounding Robin, Raven, Beast Boy, Cyborg, Gizmo, Hotspot, Mad Mod, and Mammoth (all ed 1), 100K in Orbit points, and 5K in Neopoints. A 150K+ orbit value.

3rd - A Mongul Gtoon, 70K in Orbit Point, and 2K in Neopoints 90K+ Orbit value.

Timeline

Signups begin today and end Aug 7th, 12:00AM EST. Within that time, you must sign up, create the comic, and email it to me.
