OK, this is me venting, no one else. This is my opinion only, and does not nessecarily reflect any other staff here.

I am speaking out to those who say "TCG does nothing about scammers"

1. The large majority of this board never even sees scam attempts. They occur SO frequently at this board, the thread is caught, archived and the member is banned before anyone sees it. This happens at least 3 times per week.

2. You cannot see our mod threads. We have a whole forum dedicated to evil members. You cannot see our banned list, or the reasons why people are banned.

3. We just don't ban people who are accused of scamming, no matter who the members is, without investigating it, and that you do not see either. In addition we generally want proof. There are also situation where it is nessacary to keep someone around.

He was put on the list as soon as he posted so I guess the mods thought he was trustworthy. I haven't really seen him try to rip anyone.

X is a long time Orbiteer, and really only does major deals, while I have not done a deal with him, I don't hesistate putting him on as he is a very honorable person. He should have been on the initial list, it was just an oversight.

NvM.... Sry about my outburst, it seems one mod didnt know what they were doing then a wiser mod came on and solved the prob :)
