Oplasma45 - April 18, 2005 05:41 AM (GMT)
It has potential, and it probably seems funny for people who get the jokes.
xaviersxmen - April 18, 2005 05:42 AM (GMT)
Yeah and the one with the super heroes was really funny.:)

seth green is hilarious.....that show rcoks! :band:
djg3000 - April 19, 2005 02:07 AM (GMT)
The superhero ones when they were in the carpool were okay. The rest i really didn't like. Definitely the least of my favorite Seth Green shows.
Oplasma45 - April 19, 2005 05:15 AM (GMT)
Les Claypool scares me................

I liked the show, the superhero jokes are funny, the "let's happy guy out your sister" was morbidly humorous. But yes, most of the jokes are inside jokes based on other shows & events.

I think is is VERY Funny. . . It is my style of humor. I rank it is terms of entertainment just behind ATHF, And Venture Bros. On the same level as Sealab, and Harvey Birdman.
xaviersxmen - April 19, 2005 05:04 PM (GMT)
Yeah i cant wait for more.:)

Considering I have a subscription to Toyfare....this is right up my alley. It's pretty much what would happen if you took "Twisted Toyfare Theatre" and put it on television. I am kinda sad, however, because this show is just too short.
BTW, if you want to see something hilarious keep an eye on who is doing the voicework. Alot of the time they're digging up the actual people to play themselves. I especially remember that they had Burt Reynolds and Dom Deloise doing themselves in the "Cannonball Run" parody. ;)

its directed by tom root, but you probably noticed that. thats where a lot of the similarity comes from.
i love this show.

The one I just seen was really funny. It was Toy mets world or somehting. But it had what the old heroes are doing right now. Like Thudercats and some GI-joe people too.:) Plus it had a really funny heaven bit.
TheUnknownSeries - May 3, 2005 10:51 PM (GMT)
The show has it moment but it is pretty good.
Naruko - May 3, 2005 11:15 PM (GMT)

I love the tooth faerie skit
Oplasma45 - May 4, 2005 05:42 AM (GMT)
Well, when you heard the words Michael Moore during the beginning, I think that's a dead giveaway. ;)
Naruko - May 4, 2005 11:10 AM (GMT)

morphling - May 4, 2005 11:10 AM (GMT)
i think this show is awesome. its funny the thing with beastman and man at arms daughter immitating paris hilton was great! and the nsync thing with enter the fat one was great. oh and seacrest with saying that hes a douc** lol. im so glad that seth's parents concieved him.
calumcole - May 4, 2005 01:41 PM (GMT)
It has potential but what I've seen of it, it's pretty stupid.
xaviersxmen - May 4, 2005 01:43 PM (GMT)
You just have to get the jokes. By saying its stupid you are almost saying the people that like it are the same.
calumcole - May 4, 2005 01:46 PM (GMT)
I'm not trying to say that, I get most of the jokes, it's just that I don't find it very funny.

This is a show like ATHF, or Sealab, you need to be a adult to get most of it, and have a certain comedy mindset, these shows are not designed to be shown to the general populace of the world.
xaviersxmen - May 4, 2005 01:48 PM (GMT)
Then you just dont find it funny. That dont make it stupid.
Yeah Mal thats it.:) Like Family guy, you have to be the same way.
Enigma Zero - May 4, 2005 09:02 PM (GMT)
Not to make attack anyone here, but let me put it like this. Robot Chicken is a combination of humor from both today's headlines and the 80s. So if you were nothing more than a gleem in yer daddy's eye back in the 80's then you're misssing half of the show and when we're talking about a 15 minute show...that's missing alot.
