It a good cartoon that get not respect! It was number 2 in japan next to DBZ!

Well yu yu hak..as I said before, It doesn't catch my attention just because is so similar to Saint Seiya (and you have whitness that Unknow..cause you indeed have seen a couple of Saint Seiya's eps) they are very similar shows. I really can't see it with other eyes, but also was because the animator of yu yu hakusho was a Saint Seiya"s animator admirer... he made yu yu hak very similar counting some facts
80"s = 90's
Saint seiya is a long run story = yu yu hakusho is also long run story
" " " " " has aroung 114 eps= " " " " " " has 113 eps.
SS fighting stiles 80's = fighting stiles retook here on Yu yu hak..on 90'
Seiya character = yu yu hakusho character is very similar

Well the only difference is that Saint Seiya is more violent & plot is way more complex then yu yu hakusho, but those shows are very similar and that is why the are on the top 5 best animes in Japan.

But I can say that because I have seen the show, they are indeed very similar :)
But If I have to chose between yu yu ha.. & Saint Seiya ... you already know which one I'd chose
