It has been brought to my attention that perhaps my contest is a tad too vague and that participants may benefit from an example. I will now provide you with two examples and a different picture. Note that this picture is ONLY for the purpose of the example and it is not part of the actual contest.

Example Captions:

"Are you sure this is a bowflex?"
"Yes, now you keep working on those abs and I'll go get some basil."

-or-

"Uhm, little help here?"
"Wow, it really did help me catch a man. Thank you E-Harmony!"

Keep in mind that your submissions do not have to be in the form of a conversation(that's just my style in this example). You could just as easily change the second example to....

"Another satisfied E-Harmony customer."

It has the same basic joke, but uses a different style. I hope this little example has helped you all. Again, Good luck in the contest. :D

I'm suprised that some of you are not talking about the contest...............

I'm having trouble identifying the gentleman to the right (the guy who is only partially animated). it could be because his face is hard to see, or it could be I just plain don't know who it is!

I just want to make sure it is a celebrity we should all recognize (i do have a pretty good idea) and that it isn't just one of EZ's old war buddies from the VFW.

Some rap dude I had to ask a friend to identify........................Ludacris I think.

It is, in fact, Ludacris. I don't like his music....but I simply felt that the pictures fit together nicely. ;)

I was never good at this sort of thing. Of course, judging by what other caption contests I've seen the winners of, my crap is a whole lot funnier than many people's comic gold.

There is no official limit, but this is just a caption contest. It's more like a blurb. You're not really limited...but I wouldn't write a book to go with it. ;)

Now, I already sent mine in due to taz yelling and stuff. I had him check for content, and he said it was ok. However, if it is rejected due to content, will I be allowed to redo it?

I haven't checked yet, but if it is rejected due to content...then I am sorry to inform you that you will not be permitted to make another entry. It's outlined in the rules.

Ok. I figured you might make a special case because I checked it with a mod before sending it in.

At this time I am making no special cases for anybody. As for your entry Pilaf...it's not politically correct, but I do not find it to be offensive or innapropriate. It will be entered into the contest. ;)

The real question is whether you find it funny or not.

I guess we'll have to wait on that one...since I'm a judge and the MC. ;)
