Yeah, I've been gone from the forums for the longest of times, but hopefully, I'll be back and pestering people for the answers of my C++ questions soon. I am working on installing LFS (Linux from scratch) on my computer, and when I'm done, I'll be programming all the time again. :D

Yeah, Zorro I hadn't played DooM with you for a long time :(. Be back soon please. I still think LFS is a good idea. Tell us more about your experience from it.

It's been tough, but everything has been working so far. I have run into a little problem compiling perl, but I think I can overcome it :). it's an interesting experiance and might just be worth it if I can install GNOME when I'm done (which, ofcourse, I should be able to if I don't screw it up)

GNOME sucks. My opinion.
Way too focused on ease-of-use rather than useability.

What do you use then? :huh: I don't like KDE because it's crashtastic
