How much does borland cost, and does it come with some kind of compiler besides a command-line one?

borland c++ builder is like delphi visual editor etc but in c++ but it costs a ton its awsome tho i tried the trial id buy it if i could afford it and if i didnt have like 600mb left on my tiny hard drive

What do you mean by "besides a command-line one"? Do you mean an IDE for the compiler?
