Hello everyone, I know a lot of C++, I took a class for a year but all we really did was make text-based things, and I would like to learn how to make not text base things, like a notepad program. I also like to use OpenGL and C++ to create 3D things.

hmmm, i suggest buying a book, like OpenGL programming , i cureently am learning c++ from Game Programming all in one, graphic-wise/sound and i am learning Blitz Basic, from a book named Game Programming for teens Blitz is consideralby easier than c++, meaning if u type colorred or sumething like that it makes the font red.

all underlined titles are published by premier press books, go to www.premierpress.com and go under computer stuff and look at all the stuff it has for you

consoles can be made when starting a new project with visual c++, but if u mean, like menues that the user picks from, than it might be awhile before i can help with that
