um you could go to invisionfree.com to get your forum... as for members you should post in the gm community first asking if there are anyone interested in web design. myself, i can use html, but i dont find it to be as satisfiing as using a language like c++. besides html can be learned by looking at all sites source if they look interesting. try that with a c++ executeable ;)
