Yeah, but being shot in the shoulders doesn't mean that she is dead, but did you notice when she got shot, she wasn't bleeding, and the places she was bleeding were black, I think she was wearing a bullet proof vest. So I still think she's alive

but when vaughn came up to her he was like "yeah i know. francie's dead. will's alive." and where the black was i'm sure i saw liquid there and bullet proof vests aren't liquid. plus syd shot her three times and one time was in the shoulder. the other one close to her shoulder and the other one close to her heart. anyways, that's just what i thought.
