Has anyone else really drifted a lot from RP. I mean I dunno if it's just me, I couldn't possibly imagine it only being me, but like anyone really not come on as much as they used to?

Me myself I haven't been on in forever except I come on every now and then to stir things up...but still, it seems like so freakin' much has changed since I've been gone. Where is everyone I used to know...where they be at?

Oh yeah. I've definetly been drifted abit as well. (though sometimes that's do to being grounded, and losing access to computers :P)

But yeah. I haven't rped in a looong while, or atleast stuck to a topic long enough to count.

There are people who continue to rp on the other board, but not as much as I would like.

P.S. Duddddde. Its my original account's fake birthday today :lol: That certainly threw me for a loop.

I've been lazy in RPing lately.
It is weird...maybe it has to do with the Harry Potter series ending. Who knows.

I used to RP every single day! But I haven't been on BF for AT LEAST 6 months! It seems to me that all of the Oldies are gone..and none of the newbies know how to interact the way it used to be. Its kind of sad. I enjoyed BF a TON! I mean..I loved it emensly (sp?). Now it seems sad and lonely.

Yea. I'm not a big fan of the two different sites. I had to register again over there and its sad because I'm an Oldie and over there it says I just joined <_<

Yeah I don't like looking like a complete noob in the registering status compared to the real noobs. None of the noobs know me and most don't even remember me. So it's like restarting and it's extremely lame.



I was thinking the other day how strange this whole thing is. How complete strangers can meet online and sort of become a close family with people. Have best friends and enemies amongst the group. How we are so willing to open up to people who we know won't really judge us on reputations or anything like that because they don't know us. How it's almost like becoming a new person, but you're not. I just thought it was weird that complete strangers can just do that.

(Yes, I do in fact have a deep side to me.)

yeah i totally agree with you. like its weird because me and britt still like flak on the phone a lot and she might come to visit me this summer. and i also already met shawn black over my winter break. and its just weird how i met those two on this site, but yet they feel like my freakin family!

Thats because there's no need to judge unwisely here. By not first meeting with eyes, we lose that first impression of discrimination we would usually assume in real life.

You can't judge someone online by your physical impression of them. Only by their personality as they show it. :) Common personalities will just mix.

Not only is it weird that we all talk to each other and become close friends, it's how long we've all been friends. I mean, I've known most of the oldies for almost 4 years. IT'S CRAZY! I came to BF as a naive and hot-headed 11 year old and now I'm fifteen and I'm here with some of my closest friends. And the funny thing is, I've told you guys stuff I haven't even told my real life friends. But that's typical seeing as it doesn't matter as much.

I've never seen fight club. My sister is gonna kill me if I don't watch it soon. I will though. :)

I've never made close friends with people on the sites I go on. Never really made close friends anywhere. :indifferent: Hmmm, should probably try to change that. I have told people on here things I havn't told people I knw face - to - face. But now I don't tell anyone what's bothering me. Another thing I should change...

At the moment I am deffinetly not role playing much due to a mixture of lack of time and lack of activity by others.
