I've lived in Asia for ten years and now dad wants me to move to Pleasanton,CA. Well I feel really sad. I have to leave my boyfriend here and go and live at the other side of earth. I won't be able to see him for a long time.And I know nothing at all about the place.
But I have no choice at all cos dad's nearly forcing me.

Pleasanton? California, right? It's a city in Alameda County. It's a major suburb in the Sanfrancisco Bay Area. Roughly twenty, twenty-five miles from Oakland. Ranked the Wealthiest middle-sized city in the USA by the Census Bureau.
Two of their comprehensive high schools, Amador Valley and Foothill, rank among the top 300 high schools in the nation.

Yea I understand now that life has to go through a lot of partings. So now me and my boyfriend are just going to make the most out of our days left here. I mean leaving this time doesn't mean leaving forever. I can still come back when I finish like, high school or something.
But does anyone know anything about the people there? For example the students in high schools. I wanna know what kind of schoolmates I'm going to face lol. Cos right now I'm totally clueless about the environment and people and stuff.
