Do you think it should still be allowed in our judicial system?

Who are we to decide when someone should die? We aren't in the medieval times. Humanity has developed far enough to take other actions against 'criminals' and such.

I am totaly against this. What if the person is acctualy innocent? My main reason is, if they are guilty then killing them wont bother them because they will be dead but it would bother their family and friends. If they are locked up instead then they suffer and although their family and friends have to live with the shame they arnt realy loosing a loved one.

Well said. What good is gained by killing someone? It's just as guilty as the crime that was committed.

However, do you know how much our government spends to house prisoners? Paying for the food for them, the beds they sleep in, etc. It's almost like assisted living. My personal view?

I think we should take long-term prisoners and put them in the war. You know? They would benefit our country as well as give them a second chance.

That is a great idea.

Me and my mum was talking about this when we did it at school. And some of the criminals their life in prison is alot more comfatable than when they were out of it.
