I wish to address all nations within the Balkans region.

I offer myself as a mediator and also as the starting point of discussions
for resolving the evident conflict that grows ever greater in regards to
the actions of the Czar of The Holy Empire of The New Russian Czar.

Today, impatience tended to rule the words of the Czar. It is my sincere
hope in bringing this before the Balkans region that clarification and
resolution will come about and that peaceful relations amongst all nations
will once again reign in our region.

Now to the issue:

The Czar has stated today the following:

That he should have all the former Eurosiberia land, just like Thracia said,
or does he have to send an army to get it?
He further threatens to send in the Russian Grand Army if the regional map
is not updated within the next 24 hours.
The Czar states that he is not a puppet that will dance for you.
When being address, out of concern for his words, the Czar replied,
that all he wants is the land that God meant Russia to have and for people,
(obviously referring to the other nations comprised of The Balkans) to
stop telling him what to do. He then threatens again to use force if
he does not get the land in question.
To the Czarina of Russian and Empress of The holy empire of Anhinga,
when asking a question about his words spoken in regards to this issue,
he tells her to change her flag from the common one that they share and
that she is no longer Czarina of Russia.
He further states that we can all go die now. That Russia was promised
all Eurosiberia by the kind founder (Thracia) and has yet to update the
map. For this, he issues a 24 hour deadline to update the map with all the
former Eurosiberia under the complete control of Russia,or it would be
seized by Russian forces. That would be legal because Eurosiberia is no
longer a Sovereign Nation,and it was to be given to Russia anyway.

Understandibly, certain nations have reacted negatively to the somewhat
ill thought and expressed words of the Czar of Russia.

Specifically, The Pepestonian Federation, in negotiations with Montfortslavia
and Leidestrad, have expressed their discontent with the latest declarations
made by the Holy Empire of The New Russian Czar.

Also, as a means of preservation of regional peace and stability, Pepestonian and Montftortslavian Armed Forces have been placed on high alert and monitoring teams have been sent to neighboring nations to ensure no military invasion of the former Eurosiberian territories until a resolution is passed by Tedia-B.

We must also one more time, draw into memory the past conlicts of this region, and sadly, we must one more time invoke the application of an international trial, if any violation to the BPPAs and/or the general practice of human rights of the region. Let us remember that when a nation collapses, there is no territorial adjustment, until resoluted by Tedia-B and ratified by Balkan nations. Any militay action against such principles, will be dealt with following the precedents left from past conflcits.

And as for security measures, the Pepestonian Federation will temporarily close its borders and increase security on its crossing points and naval stations.

In addition to that, Prime Minister Budasenko spoke publicly to the Czar of the Holy Empire of the New Russian Czar, on behalf of the Annoyastani Government.

“Annoystan does not respond to threats. Nor do we have any need to accommodate a childish tyrant. How long ago was it that you signed the Balkanic Peace Agreement? And now, days later, you are threatening to send in your grand army. On what pretense? For what good cause?

For territorial expansion, apparently, and for the right to kill any number of innocent EuroSiberian civilians within your new sovereign borders as you see fit. To quote you: “its the ones who just wonder off,and don't now whats going on we have to kill.”

We asked you to deny these rumors, and you have ranted and raved, and invoked God, and stamped your little foot. And now we again ask you to deny these rumors. Reassure your fellow Balkan nations that you are a responsible and reasonable leader.”

It is very evident that mediation must take place now. I offer the territory of
The Holy Empire of Pravaslava as a place for such mediation to take place.
I invite the Czar of Russia to make haste to attend such meeting at his earliest
convience and for the sake of stability of the entire Balkans region.

I would like to hear any and all concerns on this matter and to address the issue on this board and not the Nationsstates board. Please respond - one and all.

Official statement from the Government of Montfortslavia on the matters of New Russian Czar and former Eurosiberia

The Honorable Prime Minister of the Most Serene Republic of Montfortslavia wishes one more time to congratulate King Chrysostomos of The Holy Empire of Pravaslava on his role in mediating the disputes.

The position of the Montfortslavian government is as follows:

*The Government of Montfortslavia finds ilegitimate and undiplomatic, the means as to which the Russian Czar has filed his complaints on this matter. The use of offensive and treath on the region has been long condemned.

*The Government of Montfortslavia is, at this moment and has always been, the biggest military in the region, followed by the Pepestonian Federation. Altough both nations are peace loving and promoters of diplomacy and dialougue as a means of solution of controvercies, we will not be tempted to use our force to save the integrity of the Eurosiberian population.

*Both Montfortslavia and Pepestonia seek no further territorial claims in this matter

*As a result, and due to the 24 hour deadline, Montfortslavian Armed Forces (MAF) Montfortslavian Republican Navy (MRN) and the Montfortslavian Air Forces (MAF) have been dispatched to the Repulic of Lilyevska to serve as means of contension, in case of a Russian invasion of former Eurosiberia.

*Should, TediA-B pass a resolution, acknowledging Russian Czar´s claims to the territory, the troops will stand down from the High Alert.

We regret this course of action and we finnaly pleed to a peaceful solution of this matter without the loss of lives.

King Chrysostomos, Ruling Sovereign of The Holy Empire of
Pravaslava, after much thought and discussion with both civil
advisors and with the Patriarch of Constantinople has chosen
to temporarily close its borders and increase security on its
crossing points and naval stations. Its armed forces have
been placed on high alert. The purpose for doing so is to
assure complete security for the hopeful arrival of the Czar
of Russia to resolve the current conflict in the Balkan's
region. King Chrysostomos has sent diplomatic officials to
the countries of Pepestonian, Montfortslavia, Leidestrad and
Annoyastan to work at a diplomatic solution to resolving the
conflict. King Chrysostomos recognizes and honors the
respective countries decisions to close their boards, increase
security and placing their armed forces on high alert. In fact,
he encourages especially the countries of Pepestonian and
Leiderstrad to do so, to assist in providing security for the
hopeful arrival of the Russian Czar in our country. We further
encourage the countries of Alcheringa, Lower Macedonia and
Balkan to do likewise. It is believed that in doing so, a
protective cover will envelope our country and provide a
safe enviroment for negotiations and ultimately a resolution
to this conflict.

The TerritoryDistribution and Adjustment Department has issued the following statement:

"It is true that Thracia has promised the New Russian Czar that he will assume the administration of all EuroSiberian territories in case that nation collapsed. Since that nation collapsed yesterday, the Czar was free to send troops to EuroSiberia to assume control over these territories.

We were planning to update the map tomorrow and we were awaiting Neo Israeli's reply with regard to the location of that nation's territory.

The delay of the map's update should not be constued as a move against the New Russian Czar.

The treatment of EuroSiberian people by the Czar's troops is beyond the scope of our responsibilities and merits an in-depth discussion among the Balkan nations."

The Government of Thracia, on the other hand, states the following:

"We recognize the New Russian Czar's sovereignty over the territories of the now-defunct state of EuroSiberia. It is for this reason that we hold the Czar responsible for the well-being of the inhabitants of this territory. And if the Czar's troops are killing EuroSiberians, we will of course condemn such actions.

We expect the Czar to declare that no such killings will be permitted. We also expect him to promise the region that his administration is going ot treat EuroSiberians with respect. We ask him to accpet a committe of five human-rights experts from Thracia to visit these territories to see what is going on with their own eyes and then to present the Thracian government with a report about the situation.

Finally we would like to see some calm evaluation of this situation by all members of the Balkans. The efforst of Pravaslava and of its King Chrysostomos have been commendable. We express our appreciation to him."

I too offer myself as mediator. I agree that some of the things that the czar has said can be offensive....but i also must said that most nations on the balkans seems to be rather agressives than diplomatic on this cases, remember the serfs situation?

Considering the kind of manners and attitude The Holy Empire of The New Russian Czar is showing, Tolomakia propose to eject The Holy Empire of The New Russian Czar from The Balkans.

First, The Democratic Republic of The Bulgarite would like to congratulate King Chrysostomos on his efforts in the search of a peaceful solution to this conflict.

Second, although we acknowledge the rights of The New Russian Czar in his demands to take control of the territories of the former EuroSiberia, we believe that using threats is not the way to achieve results.

Third, we would like the Czar to declare as soon as possible that ther will be no persecutions and killings of Eurosiberians. As such actions are in violation of The Balkanic Peninsula Peace Agreements.

The People's Republic of Annoyastan would hope that a majorityof Balkan nations will stand with firm resolve against the blustering threats of the New Russian Czar. We have all become aware of the rumors now of the arrests and executions of "the confused." The Czar's own statements indict him. We ask for the truth. We demand the truth. We require guarentees that such policies are not being pursued in EuroSiberia. It is to our credit that we do not let the Czar's casual remarks pass unnoticed.

While we applaud efforts to find a peaceful resolution to this dispute, let me remind all that it lies with the Czar to clear these matters up. A peaceful resolution can quickly come about once the Czar sees fit to provide assurances as to the safety of the confused in EuroSiberian.

The Respectful Czar, from the New Russian Czar, has declared himslef, "Servant of The Republic" this will be corroborated by him.


The Czar, Servant of The Second Grunge-French Republic, has adressed his demands to The Republic, and we find them legitime, therefore, Grunge-France will support, and defend if needed, the fair claims of the Czar on the "disputed territories" with force if needed.

We hope the process of mediation will resolve the problem though, since The Republic, as a defend of the human liberty and right of living with dignity, wishes not to engage in any problems, because the rightful claims of the Czar are not respected, thank you.
