We are happy to announce that Thracia has finally been recognized as the founder of the Balkans.

To avoid concentration of power and to encourage division of labor, Thracia has decided to resign from the UN so that the nation with the scond largest number of endorsement will take its place.

This transfer of power will be completed by Saturday, August 1, 2003.

Thracia is now resigning from the UN to allow another member of the Balkans to become the regional delegate.

We will continue to be in charge fo the map for the time being, and we promise to help and support the nation that will replace us.
