My government deems it necessary to inform all the nations in our region that Thracia is planning to begin negotiations with the Byzantine Territories that would lead to a free trade agreement. Although the details have yet to be fleshed out, the envisioned agreement is not going to be as comprehensive as the MPLE agreement.
