Katja of Zahumlje
Queen-Kommissar

Thracia - March 3, 2004 02:51 AM (GMT)
Indeed, we need to help Perussians.

This time we cannot wait until the government collapses. We have to act pro-actively.

Also:

Given the uncertain situation in Perussia, Thracia proposes that Dr. Hodzic of Zahumlje be declared the interim chairman of this agency.

Paradiszia - March 3, 2004 03:41 PM (GMT)
What will we do for them? Will the Crimea be getting that land?

Thracia - March 3, 2004 04:38 PM (GMT)
The State in Perussia is a very big employer. All people whose livelyhood depends on the Perussian State, everyone who is being paid by the state will now be in a serious crisis.

We need to maintain the state apparatus in Perussia and make sure that the state employees, the civil servants receive at least part of their salary.

As for the Crimea, no, The Crimea is not getting Perussia's land, at least not before Perussia ceases to exist.

Katja of Zahumlje - March 4, 2004 12:14 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: Dr Hodzic will be glad to accept chairmanship. The plan is to extend credit from Zahumlje to Perussia to keep things running on an interim basis. We see this as a vital investment in regional stability. We also urge Perussians to stay where they are, do not leave your Homeland in it's hour of need! Keep reporting in, keep functioning, and help is on it's way. Since Perussia is a Pure Socialist nation We especially want help from the other Socialist Nations of the Balkans in makeing this work. It is our hope that any successor nation is of similar leanings so that the people will not have a bad adjustment process. We do not want a situation similar to CIS! We want for the good of the region a smooth transition.
As stated before, Zahumlje intends extending credit so that Perussia can maintain a functional government in the interim. As interest is against the principles of Modern Feudalism, there will not be interest, just repayment when stability is achieved, at reasonable intervals so that the economy doesn't undergo a jolt.
Best Wishes
Katja of Zahumlje
Queen-Kommissar
