Okey dear Leaders from all nations. First i will apology for my mestakes in this text. I think that i have "good" relationships with all nations but I don`t know if just i see some problems i will be very happy for yours opinion.
-1st i think that other nations dont cooporate on forum and etc.
-2nd i think that all countrys must send new profile about country on this aim Major city and 2 biggest cities, population, langugage, army & security troops, Prezident name,...because we must know each other it can be posible that in my neighbour coutry drive cars on water power and in zahumlje cariage....
-3rd Balkan was always trouble region i see some troubles we must solve problem with yugoslovenia how cen be major city in yugoslovenia Beograd...this town is on nord in my country etc...
-4th I think that we must establish balkan army which will consits of troops of countrys which will be prepared pay tax Balkan amry (army, special units,peacekeepers...) every nation which will be part of this must have ONE military base in other country...
-5th it will be nice if all members of this region will read this forum http://pub18.ezboard.com/bbalkans very carefully because as i can read most of you are never be in Balkan ragion, i life there and i know the situation... but okey we all know this is just a game...
-6th we must know that in balkan was always wars we must solve problem with war criminals...
-7th...etc

I changed Belgrade to my capital long before you existed, and what does it matter? If it is your capital, then change it. I'm not going to change my capital just because you want it in your territory.

There is no reason to have conflicts because of the names of the cities. Although we want to be geographically accurate, it is possible to imagine one Beograd and one Belgrade as two different cities (just like Nova Jugoslavija and New Jugoslavia are two different countries).

[Nevertheless, I think a compromise on that would be much better. Defiant, inflexible reactions create unncessary bitterness and worsen the existing problems.]

As for Thracia, our administrative system is a little complicated. We are a trinational nation and our constitution tries to maintain a balance between the Bulgarian, the Greek, and The Turkish nations that coexist in Thracia.

We have three capitals:

1. Alexandroupolis (our executive capital - the seat of the executive branch organs, especially, the president.)
2. Edirne (our legislatvie capital - the seat of our Parliament)
3. Burgas (our juducial capital - the seat of our supreme court)

In addition to these cities, Komotini, Xanthi, and Tekirdag are also important cities.

Our president has been Dimostenis Yagcioglu. He was elected a little more than a year ago.

Excellencies: We checked out that website posted by Yugo, it's a very good website with all sorts of interesting information and links. One solution We had to the Capitol question is the 'Brazilian' solution, just make a new city serve as a capitol.

Sure i can do this! but yugoslovenia dont want to talk with my goverment about this problem so i give the ultimat to yugoslovenia you have 2 day that we can talk about this problem if the goverment dont accept the compromise i will introduct special taxes for yugoslovenian citizens if they goes through my country to their north "enklava"but if we still cant find the good deal than i will close the border for yugoslovenian people, but i dont want this because i think we need peacefull region.

Major troops from general Mladiæ (srpski korpus) and General Ljubobratoski(severno makedonski korpus) are prepared to defend our border if the yugoslovenia will attack our peacefull nation!

Our submarine BAR is also crusing near the Split and it is prepared to defend our mediteranian coast.

Nothing is happening here, just you flying off the handle and preparing to attack us and cutting us away from our enclave just because I said that if there were any problems about city names, then changes should be made. Fine, seeing as too how I am the only diplomatic one here, I will come up with a new city and city name to please Yugo...just what I didn't want to do...give me a while...

Excellencies, Both Yugoslovenija and Yugo have been friends, We really hate it to see you fight. We in fact absolutely hate it. It's upset Us a lot, because We can see that both nations have some common features and goals, and it's over gluposti further more, like when two ladies come to the party wearing the same dress and get mad because of that. Both had the good taste to choose something nice zar ne? So why fight? Yugoslovenija you were the first besides Thracia to endorse Us or send Us a message, and Yugo you were the second. For that reason alone I don't like to see disagreement. Call Us sentimental but it means something special to Us.

Look there is no problem that i WILL CLOSE THE BORDER OR INTRODUCT THE SPECIAL TAXES! I will DO THIS if YOU DONT WANT talk about THIS PROBLEM. And DONT be SILLY AND Say THAT YOU WILL BE ATTACKED i never attack any of the nation! I just send forces to defend our region if you maybe attack MY NATION.

I see that you are prepared to talk with my goverment I have 2 types of scenario:
I see that your country consits main of the montenegro territory and Dalmatia so you have here two big cities Podgorica Dubrovnik. Your northe enklava consists of Small piece of Central Serbia and Western Rumania

My territory constist main of the Makedonija, Central Serbia, and Dalmatia I have 3 biggest cities Beograd, Skopje , Split.

So it will be good if the your capital citie name will be Podgorica and my will be Skopje and nobody wont have Beograd.



Or second scenario we bothe can have Beograd you have Yugoslovenski Beograd I have Novi(New) Beograd and because all we use this name we all pay taxes for using this name and this money we will send to the balkan red-cross and we will help poor people in our region!

Just a small correction:

You may find it strange, but Dubrovnik is in thesmall enclave no.26, which belongs to The Bulgarite.

In terms of real-world cities, Yugoslovenia has Podgorica, Cetinje, Bar... in other words, all the important cities of Montenegro.

As for the northern enclave of Yugoslovenia, I think it contains Novi Sad.

Don't bother changing anything because I have created new names for all of my cities. These names can be found in my case submission to the B.I.C.J.

Excellencies: We are glad to see reason return to this question. See this is why the Balkans is the best Region!!!
