The Kalgastrad - Montagar Agreements were established bewteen the governments of The Allied States of Pepestonia and The Most Serene Republic of Montfortslavia, after the War of the Pleiades.

This is a pact of mutual cooperation in the areas of:
*Defence
*Free transit of citizens trough the borders
*Commerce and Trade

This treaty was signed on both capitals and ratified, and stands until today.
