You've seen those tutorials in the past where they have shiny liquid, right? Well this is just another way to obtain that result.

1. Start a new image, I used 640x480, and then cropped the final result.
2. With Black as the foreground and white as the background, go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
3. Filter > Brush Strokes > Accented Edges ( Edge Width - 2, Edge Brightness - 38. Smoothness - 5 ).
4. Repeat the last step ( Hotkey: Ctrl+F ).
5. Filter > Brush Strokes > Dark Strokes ( Balance - 5, Black Intensity - 6, White Intensity - 2).
6. Filter > Brush Strokes > Accented Edges ( Same settings as before ).
7. Filter > Sketch > Chrome ( Detail - 1, Smoothness - 7).
8. Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation ( Colorize it ).
9. Copy the layer twice and set both of the layers to blending mode - Overlay.

My final, cropped result is in the attachment.

I haven't tried it yet, but I am assuming that it might look better with color dodge and then another duplicated layer with darken. It seems too bright and unclear in this one.
