Ok you asked for it so here is another one of my poems,

More

Watching the clique of people running
around in their megear little lives

Listening to their petty conversations
about meaningless topics

Feeling so left out, yearning to
be one of the mindless

Needing to be able to accept
a meaningless existence

Only wanting to be happy
only to be content

Instead suffering from
wanting more

Believing in more just to suffer
from never knowing more.

I wrote this one just shortly after I wrote Humble. For those of you who say you think you know what it means. It may mean something different for you then it does for me. This is what it means for me. I was working at the Olive Garden in Lancaster, when my manager had say something to me about something I had done wrong. Instead of talking to me like I was a person he talked to me like I was a child. The last time I checked I was 20 but that just me. :) As far as More is concerned, I was just tired of hearing the same story from different people at work (The Olive Garden) as was just wondering what it felt like to be a mindless walking commerical when that poem popped out of my head. These poems are not meant to offened anyone. They are just the way I feel. Again any feed back, good or bad, is apperciated. Thanks everyone and enjoy.

Well I was going to edit this into my post but I don't have an edit options so I'll just post it here. If you all still want some more of my poems I just found a whole bunch that I wrote between the age of 15 and 17. If you would like to read them just let me know.
