i don't think anyone will really know the answer to my question, but i'll ask anyway.
does anyone know how to make a drop-down bar that targets frames and opens new windows?
does anyone even know HTML here? :ph43r: if not, just keep posting in the other forums so this one will sink and be forgotten. :)

Iknow a little about HTML and am currently trying to learn it... There are too many freakin codes!!!!
I don't know how to make drop-down bars yet... So I can't be of much help.

i grew onto html before dreamweaver or flash so i'm sorta use to the codes. everything on the web is made up of html. even if it's made with a program.

there are a bunch of codes, but i only look into the ones i need or use most often.
