Just wanted to know what your fav MGS game is. Mine has got to be Metal Gear Solid 1. MGS 2 was ruined cos of Raiden... And Vr Missions is fun, but isn't as good without a story.

I wish I could have played the first Metal Gear Solid game ;_;

But I'll say the one for PSX is my favorite of the four games that I have played. 2 was ok, but it didn't have the right feel to it. Substance was decent, and I enjoyed being Ninja but there was no story and it got boring and hard after a while. VR missions was just boring lol.

i liked the first metal gear best, i dunno what it was but i enjoyed it more than 2 even with its better graphice ect ^^

I liked MGS2 because of the ending of how it was really just another Shadow Moses. I still don't get alot of shit though. Hmmm

I voted the original MGS just because the storyline was awesome compared to MGS2's confusing plot.

I'd have to say MGS2, I enjoyed playing it and plus it's the only game I've played out of all of the MGS games. <_<

I d no problem finding MG at Game Stop for like 10 bucks but I can't find the second MG: Solid Snake.

MGS1! WOOT! It was the best! Because Raiden was a girl! Not really, but he looked enough like one! That and you never fight the Cyborg Ninja in 2. I did like the story however in MGS2, but that is about it. I loved the whole government just being a cover-up and stuff. MGS1 was still better though, because the FOXHOUND Members were cooler than Deadcell and it wa just better!

I still cant wait for Snake Eater...

Raiden although got alot of boos and hates was a pretty good character and was a great and sneaky way for hideo k whatever his name is to put him in. I mean, no matter what character they put into a MGS, people will always buy the next sequel, because the series is that damn good!

The storylines are great and twisted, i stormed through MGS2 quicker than the first, so the first gets my vote. The mantis guy was great..had to change controller ports to beat him..bwahaha...

i totally agree, i thought Raiden was quite a good character, it gave u a huge change from the old and annoningly voiced snake (though the voice does suit him XP). Even if Raiden had been wearing a pink dress with frills we would still have all gone out and bought MGS2 because it is such a great game. I mean think about it, most of us bought Substance even though all it is is some VR training and a few extra missions for 40pounds, whatever happens we're gonna buy the next game in the serise because it rules ^^ Hideo Kinami (sp?) is so funny :P
