Alright, I'm not a fan of the ryming type of poems, but I made this one night while laying in my bed.

As I lay alone in my bed
I start to think of my special redhead
With eyes as green as the emerald isles
and freckles like the stars that dot the sky
make me wish I could grow wings and fly
To her arms I wish to lay
For ever and ever
every day
To hold her close loving tight
I think of her on this lonely night...

Yes, it's horribly sappy but I dun care. I love my girl.

An experiance like no other...a new wolrd of emotion. Something that cannot be explained in words alone.
We've all heard this before havnt we?
This is what we are told about...love.
Its funny isnt it...growing up thinking that this magical thing has the power to heal everything. It does have that power. To lighten up a path and to bring somone out of darkness. However...love is a pandora's box, all this comes at a risk. The risk is great. Its to easy to bring somone down who's on top of the world. I am lucky...I just wish others where as lucky as me. I hope that those people wont turn away from love. I hope...that they will find it.

I had another but I can't find it at the moment. Enjoy, don't enjoy. I'm bored so I just decided to post em.

Really? Thank you very much ^^;;. I just write things when I'm bored. Those are both several months old and I havn't written anything sence.

I found the one I lost! here it is! Kinda depressing but that's what I was going through when I wrote it.

I sit alone in my room listening to the radio. I had to turn up the volume very loud to hear over the racket that was taking place on the street infront of my house. A riot had started earlier in the day and was still going on. "...today an elderly man was shot dead in his home today by two young men. When taken into questioning the men said that the old man had hit their brand new car while leaving the lot and failed to stop." Such a horrible thing to hear. I grew sad knowing very well that that man hadnt done anything. I knew him quite well for a few years now. "The latest on the suicide bomb that killed 15 adults and 5 children today, two more have died from fatel injuries. Several others remain in critical condition after a man drove his small car into a crowded market place where it exploded." I slumped down in my chair and sighed. A small tear creeping down my cheek before falling into my lap. "An update on the bank hiest currently in progress downtown, two officers lay dead after been shot by what have been identified as an AK-47. Officers are pulling back for now after one other was injured in attemtping to rescue his fallen comrades. We'll have more on this as it develops." I took a deep breath as more tears flowed down my face. I turned off the radio not wanting to hear anymore. It was to much. Standing up gathering my emotions I took a look outside, the riot had finnaly come to an end. Police officers lined the streets arresting some shoving others. I went into my room and got ready for bed. Laying down I began to pray. "God, why do people do such things to eachother. This is not the world you invisioned for us nor is it the one we thought ourselves. Everyday something more horrible happens than the day before. Please help me through this Lord. Please..."
A final tear fell apon my blanket before I slept. It was 3 in the morning....

Well I, unfourtunatly, cannot rhyme to save my life. That's one reason I enjoy a few old rap songs. I admire how they can just rhyme things off the top of thier heads. The Beastie Boys song "Intergalactic" is one of my favorites.
