Can an anime that makes absolutely no sense whatsover be popular. It sure can, from the very first episode Excel Saga has you sitting there going wtf was that. Its a fairly fun series but it does seem to get boring at times. Seeing why they call her Dead Hyatt is quite enjoyable though, and Excel always chasing after that dog. :lol:

I love Excel Saga, but I only have 5 of the 6 DVDs -_-; Little Ropponmutsu is soo kawaii it's unbearble ^_^

I only have two volumes on DVD but I love the show. Nabeshin is the best character.period. Also, the show is great because it's funny and all the anime references make it even better. Also....this....

excel Saga is a weird anime,
it makes no sence what so ever,
it doesn't really have a plot,
the main girls voice is just terrible,
lol it funny but pretty much stupid.... :lol:

I got Excel Saga manga.
Hmm... both are remained same. Cool humor anime and manga. I think anime is more wacky and weird than manga. Manga is more weird than anime. -_-

lol..i just saw the first dvd...that is sooo stupid its funny..XD excel keeps dying..lol overall i find it very good..although it doesnt seem like the anime to get very far with its storyline.....heh poor menchi....ohh! and whats with that girl?! shes always fainting and spiting up blood...XD even in the opening!!!

this anime is really weird with the puuchuus that when you hit them they turn ugly lol. and hyatt is almost always dying. i just realized this, excel and hyatt and hte lord however you spell his name are all hotels...weird...
